The team handles administration together with colleagues in Solna, Sundsvall, and Vilnius. Since Group Pension is a multifaceted product containing many conditions and dependencies on various regulations, you will gradually learn different processes related to the product. To meet the external demands on their operations, they constantly work on developing processes and working methods. They also actively contribute to the work of developing and digitizing the product, where you will become a key player.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and partners regarding case status via phone and email.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with current regulations and internal guidelines.
- Register and update information in business systems.
- Perform quality checks on incoming documents.
We are looking for you who have:
- 1–2 years of experience in group pensions/insurance.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Since the digital world changes rapidly and we continuously work on automating our processes, it is important that you are flexible and thrive in a changing environment.
- We also believe that you are curious about constantly learning new things by acting with proactivity and courage.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience from the insurance industry or banking.
- Experience in customer service or similar contact-intensive roles.
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
- Adaptable to change.
- Trustworthy.
- Stress-resistant.
